The Department of Natural Sciences and Environmental Health is composed of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Health disciplines. The 18 faculty members are responsible for teaching science courses for the University and conducting research in their chosen fields of study. Departmental strengths include analytical chemistry and bio-environmental assessment.
The degree programs that are offered are Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Science Education, and Environmental Health. The Master of Science degree programs are in Environmental Health and Bioinformatics.
