U.S. Compliance is an international environmental, health, and safety professional services firm with nearly 20 years of OSHA and EPA compliance expertise. The company opened its doors in Minnesota in the fall of 1987 with a mission to obtain the latest information on governmental regulations and support the growing and changing needs of industry and office environments throughout the United Sates. Initially, U.S. Compliance solely offered clients assistance with worker safety compliance. However, as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) adopted more regulations, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) involvement increased, U.S. Compliance Corporation evolved to assist in handling OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance for organizations nationwide.
One of the main goals of U.S. Compliance is to reduce the frequency and severity of accidents and injuries by implementing and/or maintaining strong safety programs and conducting proactive employee training sessions. By getting employees involved in safety, U.S. Compliance strives to boost employee interest in each training topic and improve the working environment at each work site. Overall preparedness minimizes the possibility of any agency citations (fines), as well as takes the concern out of agency audits and other potential worker injury liabilities.
Working toward compliance is a mutual communication process in which both clients and U.S. Compliance personnel work together to form the most effective methods to achieve and maintain compliance. U.S. Compliance conducts comprehensive reviews of the on-going compliance status of organizations by assigning an Environmental, Health and Safety Advisor to oversee the compliance work on a regular basis, as well as handle all on-site training, plant inspections, and potential audits.
