Our client seeks a mid-level consultant to support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) consulting efforts in the Gulf Region. This individual will be responsible for:

- Designing, developing and implementing corporate and facility-level EHS management systems; - Leading projects related to EHS strategy development, organizational design, external reporting, key performance indicators, benchmarking, business process redesign, and corporate EHS policies and standards. - Advising clients on EHS regulatory compliance, ISO 14001, Responsible Care Management Systems, OHSAS 18000, etc. - Implementing projects pertaining to Corporate Social Responsibility, product stewardship and security management systems. - Designing, developing, and implementing corporate EHS risk management programs; - Business development activities related to environmental management systems consulting including the proposal process, client relationship management, cross-selling of services to existing clients, and industry networking to identify potential clients.

Requirements:

- BS Degree (MSc preferred) in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field; - 3-8 years of results-oriented experience in strategic planning and environmental management systems consulting. - Expertise in EHS requirements/regulations in a broad range of industries. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience writing detailed technical reports; - Ability to handle multiple assignments, meet strict project deadlines within established project budgets, and travel as-needed to client facilities throughout the region.
