Job Description
Required Degree: BS in Industrial Hygiene, Safety or related, preferred Required Years of Experience: At least 3 years in industrial setting Salary Range: Based on years of experience and level of expertise Location: Upper Midwest, 100K population, good schools, low crime Industry: Heavy Manufacturing, Petrochemical or Paper may apply

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing plans for all Industrial Hygiene standards, systems and work processes for the division. Focus will be provided on the following; noise and hearing conservation, respiratory protection, hazard communication, asbestos, chemical exposure and lead paint. Additional focus on occupational injury management as it relates to IH and OSHA record keeping. This role will complete the development of an annual exposure monitoring plan and lead the implementation of an ergonomics process / program. The successful candidate will complete the development and implementation of divisional IH compliance tools including developing training programs. In addition, this position will also support the divisional safety programs, communication health and safety compliance expectations, and performance, assist with auditing, ensuring training is effective and provides Industrial Hygiene expert support to the Green Bay Operations!

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and knowledge; • Minimum of a BS degree in IH or Safety related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. • Must be knowledgeable in areas of planning, developing and implementing IH programs designed to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control workplace health hazards. • Must has proven success in providing assistance and guidance as needed to all areas in order to eliminate or minimize health hazards and achieve regulatory compliance. • Experience with chemical exposure hazards in petrochemical, paper or heavy manufacturing desired. • CIH certification is a plus.
