Job Description
EHS Manager.
Multi site / Multi Plant EHS Manager needed to Identify hazards in the work environment, and conduct risk assessments for the various job functions.
In this role you are implementing accident prevention programs in response to identified hazards and/or OSHA safety requirements; Maintaining PPE compliance and related health programs and training, Coordinating all hazardous waste activities at the facility, including monitoring, record keeping and training.
In addition, you have responsibilities for all environmental related record keeping and administration. This would include: compliance with all permits, operating conditions and regulatory standards. You are providing support to other departments in the procurement and/or implementation of new equipment, processes or materials according to Company guidelines for the safety of employees and protection of the environment. Participate as member of site team.
We anticipate your background to include the management of Worker Compensation cases and related issues, coordination of effective management tools for enforcement of company policies and procedures with the site leadership team.
No overnight travel required.
