Job Description
Responsibilities This role provides coordination of the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) program for Williams Midstream facilities.
This role is responsible for the following activities:
* Facilitation of multi-node HAZOP PHA's (revalidation's, redos, and projects) * Coordination of contract PHA facilitator certifications and scheduling * Coordinating and conducting one node PHA training * Maintenance of electronic and hardcopy PHA library * Maintenance of PHA Annual Calendar, notification to Operations of schedule requirements, and scheduling of facilitators * Maintenance of the PHA Procedure and the PHA Revalidation Procedure * Evaluation of OSHA regulatory compliance concerns * Assistance in resolving PHA Action Items. Qualifications BS degree highly desirable, in engineering, physical sciences, or related technical field * Minimum of 8 years experience in the energy industry * Demonstrated competency in reading and understanding P&ID's * PHA (HAZOP) facilitator certification, highly desirable * Demonstrated competency in use of MS Word, Excel, and Access
