Job Description
This a contract position for one year with a Major Petrochemical/Oil & gas Corporation.
PSM Specialist/Manager BS in Engineering or Safety Science. 5+ years of PSM experience in refining or petrochemical industry. Must serve as the technical expert for PSM with the ability to lead PSM efforts in a multi-functional organization. Must have thorough knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) standard and EPA RMP regulation. The position must also be knowledgeable in PSM risk assessment techniques (HAZOP, LOPA), management systems and the leading industry PSM initiatives and best practices. Knowledge of or participation in OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) is a plus.
