Job Description
Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to the Permitting/Regulatory staff, in securing Applications for Permit to Drill on Fee and Federal Lands maintaining Regulatory Compliance with regard to Drilling, Completion and Production Operations.. Assist with timely submittal of State and Federal applications to drill as well as applications for re-completion and remedial well work. Preparation and submittal of necessary Sundry Notices, before and after the APD process. A) Notice of Spud, B) Notice of First Sales C) Notice of Staking where applicable, etc. Assist with preparation of and submittal of State and Federal Completion Reports. Prepare and maintain database of Geologic Requirement Sheets for each well spud. Follow up to insure WI owners and regulatory agencies receive timely information. Notification of logging companies to rectify deficiencies. Weekly maintenance and update of permit inventory and requirements spreadsheet following each weekly Drilling Schedule Meeting. Monitor Daily Drilling Report for well spuds and re-completion activity. Qualifications Three to five years Regulatory/Permitting experience-Strong Computer/Math skills-Solid understanding of Drilling/Completion/Production and Land Operations. Good oral and written communication-Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple projects simultaneously-Team player able to successfully work with State and Federal Regulatory Agencies as well interact with internal professional staff. Education Level High School Graduate or Equivalent Relocation Information Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position. Travel Percentage None Fair Labor Standards Act FLSA nonexempt overtime pay is due.
