Description: Our client seeks a staff engineer with experience in air quality regulatory compliance to join its consulting operations Beaumont, TX. Position responsibilities include:
- Participate in air permitting, compliance and dispersion modeling projects; - Prepare air permits and authorizations under the direction of senior staff; - Conduct compliance audits at industrial facilities; and - Provide industrial facilities with environmental compliance assistance.
Requirements: - BS in Engineering or related degree; - 2-5 years of experience in air quality permitting and regulatory compliance (experience with large industry preferred). - Must have experience working with Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, and MACT. - Excellent writing, computational, and computer skills. - Good communication skills; - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
