Company Profile: Recognized leader in the environmental consulting industry, offering diverse services for site investigation and remediation, merger and acquisition due diligence, environmental regulatory compliance, and air quality compliance projects from 140 offices worldwide.

Description: Our client seeks an energetic, self-starting EHS Compliance Assurance Practice Leader to join its consulting office in Exton, PA. Responsibilities will include:

  • Expand a vibrant Compliance Assurance and Compliance Auditing business in Mid-Atlantic region;
  • Business development to grow service contracts with existing clients as well as bring new clients to the firm;
  • Lead a superior team of regional EHS professionals;
  • Collaborate with worldwide colleagues to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients;
  • Design and direct large, complex projects requiring multidisciplinary project teams; and
  • Serve as a senior technical resource on EHS regulatory programs for the region.
Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years relevant consulting experience servicing industrial clients with Federal, state, and local regulatory compliance and EHS compliance programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients; must be adept at identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Expertise in waste and water-related programs is essential; expertise in OSHA, air, DOT, TSCA, FIFRA, CERCLA/EPCRA, and other environmental regulations is a plus.
  • General understanding of facility-level operations in at least one of the following industry sectors: Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Aerospace, High Tech.
  • MS/PhD in Environmental/Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related degree
