Job Description
Responsibilities If you are an Electrical Engineer, you could be part of one of the largest natural gas gathering and processing businesses in Wyoming. In addition to a dynamic work environment, Williams offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

The position is highly self-directed. It will support all electrical issues that arise from daily operations, along with identifying and carrying out needed projects to optimize our electrical processes. The position also requires the implementation and monitoring of practical maintenance programs associated with our electrical systems at various processing plants and compressor stations. Will develop, coordinate, and implement solutions working with the Operational group, our Tulsa based resources and outside contractors. This will require cost/benefit analysis, knowledge of NEC, NESC and IEEE Standards and Project Management skills.

The technology in our facilities include: * Electrical power engineering design, to include, 24vDC, 480vAC, 4160vAC 230kv and 69kV. * Motor control switch gear and circuit breakers. * ESD systems, protective relaying, turbine controls. * Load flow and short circuit study. * Process controls utilizing PLC and relay logic. * Industrial power distribution systems associated with utility and self generated power.

While experience with all of these would be beneficial, in depth knowledge of all is not required. Training will be provided where necessary. The position is located in Wyoming and will work out of our Green River office. Travel required would be considered moderate in order to support facilities located in Big Piney, Opal and Wamsutter. Travel would require only a few overnight stays. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of field experience is preferred. Compensation is dependent on relevant experience and demonstrated personal skill sets and would include bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Qualifications BS Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience a plus. Must posses strong communication skills, enjoy working with a team, and independent activity. Education Level Bachelor's Level Degree Relocation Information Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position. Travel Percentage Less than 25 % Fair Labor Standards Act FLSA exempt no overtime pay is due.
