Job Description

The post holder reports to the Director S&OR, HSSE Global Wells Organisation.

The successful incumbant will design a programme of interventions to address human factors issues across the GWO. They will also provide subject matter expertise and advice in the culture and leadership elements of Operating Management System (OMS).

Required skills:

- A business related/engineering degree would be preferred
- Comprehensive operations experience at a management level and business knowledge are essential.
- Relevant experience of coaching and/or facilitation is required.
- Track record of HSSE delivery and technical knowledge. Candidates require a good knowledge of safety culture theory and application.
- Experience in working with diverse teams / groups are important.
- Successful track record of working with diverse cultures, particularly at international locations.
